I started playing music at the age of five when my dad taught me the guitar, and with him also being my high school music teacher and coming from a musical family, I had the opportunity to learn and play lots of different instruments with the saxophone becoming her forever instrument at the age of 13. Having played in bands since the age of nine, my dream was always to be a professional musician.

 

After completing a music degree specialising in performance, I became a full time professional saxophonist and band leader, recording for various artists and playing at exclusive events for celebrities and royalty on many occasions at the country’s top venues, and also in Prague, Athens, Dubai, and Paris.

 

Playing both alto and tenor sax, I can perform on my own or with others, however I prefer playing in bands because it's where I started as a child.

 

My main inspiration comes from saxophonists Gato Barbieri, Michael Brecker, Ronnie Laws, Wilton Felder,  Bob Mintzer, Candy Dulfer, Larry Williams and Stuart Matthewman.

 

I joined DHBB back in 2021 playing alto 2.
